Associate Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Business Analyst to join our team. In this position, you will act as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating the gathering and analysis of business requirements and transforming them into actionable project plans. You will play a key part in steering product development according to CureMD's established processes.

Key Duties

• Organize initial meetings with stakeholders to clarify project objectives and scope.
• Perform competitive and startup market research to identify relevant industry trends.
• Leverage research platforms such as Google Scholar for comprehensive topic analysis.
• Analyze current systems and identify gaps through data evaluation.
• Document detailed requirements and prepare requirement specification documents.
• Design screen layouts and workflows using design software like XD Design.
• Create both low- and high-fidelity prototypes incorporating stakeholder input.
• Recommend automation and innovative improvements aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with product development, customer support, and sales teams for iterative feedback.
• Lead prototype frontend development and conduct usability testing to simplify user experience.
• Obtain stakeholder approvals and review prototypes with senior management.
• Conduct impact assessments and maintain traceability of requirements.
• Develop error handling protocols, help documentation, and setting guidelines.
• Write user stories and detailed test cases to clarify functionality.
• Coordinate feedback among architecture, development, and customer support teams.
• Participate in solution architecture reviews ensuring alignment with business and technical needs.
• Lead solution feedback meetings involving cross-functional teams.
• Review detailed project plans including estimates, team assignments, timelines, and scheduling.
• Partner with engineering during the build phase to validate code, integrations, and unit testing.
• Oversee post-development evaluations including performance and penetration testing.
• Track project status through regular monitoring and reporting.
• Devise strategic plans for product launches and user adoption.
• Prepare release notes, test customer support capabilities, and facilitate customer support training.
• Develop WalkMe instructional videos and training materials to ensure effective product adoption.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with proven ability to interpret complex data for business solutions.
• Prior experience or familiarity with the IT healthcare industry is advantageous.
• Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Balsamiq, Team Foundation Server, MATLAB, and GIS is preferred.
• Understanding of Web API, XML, JSON, or other integration/interoperability standards.
