Key Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily activity planning and routine management
• Assist individuals in community participation and access
• Help clients with education, skill-building, and goal achievement
• Encourage and maintain independent living skills including cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, and social connections
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice
• Work flexible shifts across a 24/7 service to fulfill client needs

Candidate Requirements

• Formal qualifications are not mandatory; full training and ongoing development are provided
• Previous experience or relevant life experience in support work is preferred but not essential
• Must possess a positive outlook, eagerness to learn, and passion for enabling fulfilling, independent lives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with individuals, families, colleagues, and professionals
• Possession of a full driving license or active progression towards obtaining one
• Flexibility and dependability to cover various shifts as per service demands
