About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and results-focused Assistant Store Manager to become part of our team at the Port Macquarie location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading retail operations, motivating a high-achieving team to surpass targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The Assistant Store Manager acts as the brand ambassador and handles the daily operational management of the store. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the store’s commercial success and manage the operational facets of a high-performance retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and motivate the in-store team alongside the Store Manager to meet and exceed sales targets while exemplifying outstanding customer service.
- Manage retail operations including stock management, adhering to store procedures, team organization to maximize sales, overseeing store security, scheduling staff rotas, and monitoring sales performance.
- Assume responsibility for store operations and trade success in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Maintain a strong retail presence on the shop floor, manage team deployment effectively, and positively influence the sales environment.
- Undertake comprehensive training to become an expert in Pandora’s hand-crafted luxury products and cultivate team development to unlock full potential.
Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership capabilities with a passion for fostering a top-tier customer service culture.
- Experience in retail management or senior supervision, preferably with a notable brand or in consumer products retail.
- Excellent communication skills to coach and guide a high-performing team.
- Flexibility and adaptability towards evolving business demands.
- Positive, upbeat attitude aligned with Pandora’s core values: dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
- Well-groomed appearance coupled with a passion for retail and desirable product lines.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and profitability within a store environment.
