Assistant Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to join our Stradivarius store in Aachen. This is a permanent full-time role where you will connect operational efficiency with leadership capabilities to maintain smooth store operations. You will support management, lead daily teams, and ensure seamless integration of processes, customer service, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and drive daily store operations, including behind-the-scenes tasks.
• Assist management in leading and supporting teams throughout the day-to-day activities.
• Ensure processes, sales, and service function cohesively to achieve store objectives.
• Identify when support or intervention is needed and respond appropriately.
• Collaborate with management to implement standards and sustain commercial momentum.
• Provide structure and guidance to create a solid foundation for store success.
