Role overview

This position supports day-to-day store operations for a Domino's location in Schuylkill Haven, PA. The job combines hands-on food preparation, order handling, inventory support, customer communication, and delivery-related duties.

Core duties

• Use and operate all assigned equipment safely and correctly.
• Move ingredients from the delivery area into storage, the work area, and the walk-in cooler.
• Assist with preparing menu products.
• Accept customer orders over the phone and process them accurately.
• Count stock, record inventory, and finish the related paperwork.
• Keep equipment and the facility cleaned on a near-daily basis.
• Deliver food by car to customers' doors when required.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers in the delivery zone.
• Read maps, find addresses, and navigate within the assigned delivery area.
• Handle deliveries in varied terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other locations while carrying product.

Skills and work expectations

The role requires quick and accurate basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and making correct cash change. Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills are needed to take orders and interact with customers and coworkers. The job also calls for good hand-eye coordination, the ability to enter orders on a keyboard or touchscreen, and the capacity to understand and follow written instructions.
