Job Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Case Manager to lead and grow the eDiscovery Services initiative within RBC's Enterprise Legal Services team. This position entails managing comprehensive eDiscovery workflows including data preservation, collection, processing, and exporting to support litigation, regulatory, compliance, and investigative activities. The role also involves matter administration, technical support, communication with stakeholders, and departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple eDiscovery projects end-to-end, from intake to case closure, ensuring cost efficiency and risk management.
  • Collaborate with the eDiscovery Services team to monitor incoming requests, generate departmental reports, and maintain proper case lifecycle management.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with legal, investigation, compliance, and other stakeholders to support their eDiscovery needs.
  • Perform collection, processing, and export operations using designated eDiscovery platforms.
  • Offer technical advice and training on eDiscovery procedures and systems, including troubleshooting support.
  • Support additional departmental tasks such as periodic reporting and coordinating case archiving communications.

Qualifications
