Asset Manager (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the new property management division, overseeing all organizational, commercial, and technical operations.
• Develop and implement property management processes to support portfolio administration.
• Manage and supervise external service providers, craftsmen, and partner organizations.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements in tenancy law, operating cost accounting, and maintenance.
• Oversee modernization efforts across the property portfolio.
• Be responsible for budget planning, controlling, and reporting directly to executive management.
• Assist with the acquisition and administration of new real estate assets.
• Build and lead a skilled team of 10 to 15 employees to efficiently manage the property units.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in real estate management, business administration, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in the real estate sector, preferably in a leadership role within property management.
• Strong expertise in property administration, real estate law, and facility management.
• Proficient in property management software and common MS Office applications.
• Technical understanding of planning and executing renovation and maintenance measures.
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a structured approach to work.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, personal responsibility, and a committed work ethic.
