Key Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct interactive aptitude training sessions tailored to build critical skills.
- Perform periodic evaluations to assess training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly.
- Work alongside teaching staff to incorporate aptitude development within the academic syllabus and support student progress.
- Pinpoint areas where students need improvement and customize training approaches to address these gaps.
- Stay informed on modern training methodologies and industry standards to continuously enhance instructional quality.
- Offer constructive feedback to students to monitor their growth and help them set realistic goals.
- Facilitate aptitude-centered workshops, seminars, and contests to foster a stimulating educational atmosphere.

Compensation and Additional Information
The annual salary range for this trainer position is ₹200,000 to ₹360,000. Immediate joining is expected, and there are five openings available. This is an on-site full-time role.
