Your Role
- Learn from seasoned experts how to assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures.
- Acquire skills in planning and drafting various scaffolding configurations.
- Gain experience in the upkeep, storage, and transportation of scaffolding materials.
- Become well-versed in safety standards to ensure secure and careful operational practices.
- Participate in vocational schooling and block-format inter-company training sessions.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a solid secondary school diploma or above.
- Enjoy outdoor work and building scaffolding and specialized structures such as bridges and buildings based on drawings.
- Be physically robust and able to work under varied weather conditions.
- Value teamwork and have ambition for growth.
