Role Overview

The AI Workshop Lead will be responsible for designing, organizing, and conducting on-site AI workshops and training sessions for varied audiences in the Bhopal area. This role involves creating captivating curricula, preparing comprehensive teaching resources, and demonstrating practical AI implementations using relevant tools and frameworks. The Lead will guide learners through practical exercises and projects, address technical and conceptual queries, and customize content according to participants' skill levels and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging AI workshop curricula tailored to diverse audiences.
• Develop and prepare teaching materials and resources for sessions.
• Deliver practical demonstrations of AI applications using current tools and frameworks.
• Support participants through exercises and projects, answering questions clearly.
• Adapt and refine workshop content based on participant feedback and skill variations.
• Coordinate logistical arrangements for conducting on-site sessions.
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve programs, document best practices, and contribute to new educational offerings.
• Stay updated with emerging AI trends to ensure content relevancy.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning fundamentals, and hands-on experience with popular AI tools or platforms.
• Expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and delivering structured learning experiences for both technical and non-technical participants.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities to explain complex material clearly and foster participant confidence.
• Experience in curriculum development, content creation, and using assessment techniques to evaluate learner progress and enhance programs.
• Prior background in teaching, training, or leading technical workshops, especially in AI or data-related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, data science, education, or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with ethical AI principles, industry applications, and cross-functional teamwork is a desirable advantage.
• Capability to manage multiple sessions onsite in Bhopal and adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
