Role Overview
We are seeking a proficient Accountant to join our team, responsible for managing accounts using Tally Prime software. This role involves detailed handling of daily accounting records and financial reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across multiple ledgers and accounts.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain accounts within Tally Prime framework.
- Enter and monitor all daily accounting transactions systematically.
- Perform bank reconciliations and oversee ledger accuracy.
- Apply knowledge of GST, TDS, and fundamental taxation principles.
- Reconcile accounts of vendors and customers to maintain financial clarity.
- Create Management Information System (MIS) reports utilizing Excel.
- Track and maintain comprehensive records for purchases, sales, and inventory.
- Engage with management to assist in financial report preparation.
