Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as the key liaison for client communications and handle any escalations effectively.
- Collect, organize, and delegate IT staffing requirements to the recruitment team in alignment with client priorities.
- Gain a clear understanding of client hiring needs and collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions.
- Possess solid experience in working alongside implementation partners.
- Have a comprehensive grasp of the US IT recruitment lifecycle processes.
- Demonstrate experience managing C2C (Corp-to-Corp) engagements.
Experience Requirements
- Total experience ranging between 8 to 10 years in relevant fields.
- At least 2 years of verifiable experience functioning as an Account Manager.
Eligibility
