Role Summary

We are expanding our Account Development Representatives (ADR) team and seek a German-speaking ADR focused on the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. This position is crucial to supplying our sales teams with high-quality leads and refining the sales development process through personal insights and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with team members to generate a quality sales pipeline targeting assigned accounts.
• Manage and respond promptly to all inbound leads in the designated territory, ensuring Salesforce data cleanliness and accuracy.
• Develop and order target account lists based on priority within your region.
• Identify and create outbound sales opportunities proactively.
• Assess and qualify prospects for enterprise-level interest and coordinate qualifying discussions with Account Executives.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in German language is mandatory.
• Demonstrated history of successful performance in similar roles.
• Possesses persistence, resilience, and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and situational awareness.
• Willingness and/or capacity to engage with Camunda's product is expected.

• Adaptability and ease with working in an evolving, expanding environment.

Compensation Details

We provide competitive and transparent remuneration. New hires are generally positioned in the lower half of the salary band with prospects for growth. Total annual cash compensation (inclusive of base and variable components) includes:

• United States: $91,000 to $181,700
• United Kingdom: £57,200 to £116,400
• Singapore: S$113,100 to S$209,900

If employed outside these countries, recruitment is conducted through our global partner Remote.com, and candidates receive a customized total rewards overview post-interview. Equity participation via a Virtual Stock Option Plan is also available where applicable.
