About the Company
Uttam Mudra IT Management & Services is a prominent consultancy specializing in overseas education, dedicated to assisting students annually to fulfill their aspirations of studying abroad. They collaborate with over 500 universities across the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia, offering comprehensive guidance from profile assessment through to visa processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to assess students' academic histories, interests, and career objectives.
- Provide detailed advice on courses, streams, institutions, scholarship opportunities, and career pathways.
- Support the admission process by helping with application completion, document management, explaining fee structures, and ensuring follow-ups until enrollment is secured.
- Generate and convert leads by making calls, hosting demo sessions, and achieving monthly admission targets.
- Organize and conduct seminars, webinars, and visits to schools and colleges for career guidance.
- Mentor students to assist with study strategies, time management, managing examination stress, and overcoming academic difficulties.
- Record daily activities such as calls, meetings, and admissions in CRM platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Excel.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication abilities in English and local language, both spoken and written.
- Empathetic counselling skills to listen carefully, understand student challenges, and provide appropriate advice.
- Sales acumen with target-driven focus, persuasive abilities, and follow-up competency.
- Well-informed on current courses, institutions, entrance examinations, and education trends.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree and possess 0 to 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior background in counselling, admissions, or educational sales is advantageous. Candidates should be presentable and comfortable engaging with students and their families.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges between ₹10,000 and ₹12,000.
