Job Overview

This role involves managing the entire recruitment process from client acquisition to candidate placement while developing new business opportunities through proactive networking and relationship development.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business prospects by networking, outreach, and building relationships
• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle including client onboarding, defining job requirements, sourcing candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers, and final placements
• Establish and nurture strong client partnerships to identify workforce requirements
• Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to provide suitable candidates within target timelines
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and placement goals
• Keep abreast of market trends, manpower demands, and industry changes
• Assist management with initiatives, additional tasks, or projects aligned with organizational objectives

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields
• Prior experience working in agency recruitment covering the complete 360-degree recruitment cycle
• Capability to manage multiple recruitment roles and client relationships independently
• Highly self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient in a results-focused environment
• Experience within engineering, oil & gas, or technical recruitment sectors is beneficial but not essential
