About the internship
This internship is for someone interested in sales, client interaction, and relationship building. As a Relationship Manager intern at Stirring Minds, you’ll help support revenue growth, nurture client connections, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Strong spoken English will be important for handling conversations with clients and delivering reliable support.
What you will do
- Plan and carry out sales approaches that help increase revenue.
- Develop and sustain positive working relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
- Respond to client questions and provide prompt, high-quality service.
- Work with internal teams so services are delivered smoothly and on time.
- Take part in sales discussions and training activities to strengthen your capabilities.
- Review sales patterns and performance data to spot growth opportunities.
- Support marketing initiatives aimed at bringing in new clients.
Who can apply

Stipend and conversion details
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 9,000 to 12,000. The stipend structure includes fixed pay of INR 8,000 to 10,000 per month and incentive pay of INR 1,000 to 2,000 per month. If the intern is successfully converted to a permanent employee, the expected salary is INR 200,000 to 300,000 per year.
