We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Manager Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience managing projects in an Agile environment while working with cross-functional teams.

Tasks

Responsibilities

Coordinate and track project progress using Jira.
Plan and manage sprints following Agile/Scrum practices.
Lead and facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
Remove blockers and help the team stay focused on sprint goals.
Communicate project updates with stakeholders and team members.
Keep project documentation organized and up to date.
Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and help maintain high team energy and motivation.

Requirements

Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience using Jira for task and sprint management.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
