Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound communication with borrowers to collect overdue loan payments.
- Oversee assigned commercial vehicle loan accounts and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Accurately log calls, borrower details, and collection results into the company application.
- Monitor repayment schedules and maintain frequent borrower contact.
- Strive to meet both individual and team loan collection targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address escalations and update accounts.
- Comply fully with process protocols, regulatory compliance, and audit standards.
- Negotiate repayment arrangements and assist in restructuring delinquent accounts as necessary.
- Ensure meticulous documentation and timely resolution of cases with appropriate closing procedures.
