Key Responsibilities
- Aid recruitment activities by screening applications, arranging interviews, and assessing candidates.
- Assist with the onboarding process, including document preparation and organizing orientation programs.
- Manage employee relations by responding to queries, mediating disputes, and providing guidance on HR policies.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of HR initiatives and programs.
- Participate in performance management efforts by facilitating evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Support HR-related projects by performing research, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
- Partner with the HR team on various operational tasks to gain experience and aid organizational success.

Stipend and Additional Benefits
The stipend ranges from ₹5,001 to ₹5,003 per month, structured as a fixed payment of ₹5,000–5,001 and an incentive component of ₹1–2 monthly. Successful interns may receive a job offer with an annual salary between ₹300,000 and ₹500,000. Other perks include certification, a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, and an informal dress code.
