About the Role
Lauls Private Limited is seeking a proactive and well-organized Executive Assistant intern to collaborate directly with the company founder. This internship provides substantial exposure to business operations, strategic planning, and multi-department coordination. The intern will play a vital supporting role in driving critical initiatives, managing priorities, and facilitating smooth operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the founder on daily business activities and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure projects and tasks are completed on schedule.
- Monitor outstanding action items, follow up with relevant stakeholders, and uphold deadlines.
- Document meeting minutes, prepare presentations, reports, and other essential business materials.
- Conduct market research and compile insights that aid in informed business decision-making.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and external parties as necessary.
- Own assigned projects fully and steer them to completion with minimal oversight.
