Role Overview
The team is hiring Youth Workers to support and deliver student programmes in MOE schools. This role centres on preparing, leading, and rolling out youth development activities that encourage social-emotional learning, leadership, and overall personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and run interactive group guidance sessions for students.
- Connect with young people in a genuine way and maintain a welcoming, safe space for learning.
- Work alongside parents, school personnel, NPCs, and community partners to strengthen youth outcomes.
- Assess student needs and guide them in personal, academic, and social areas.
- Support programme design and execution so delivery remains effective and meaningful.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of coaching experience in a comparable programme.
- Strong ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and facilitate sessions well.
- Hands-on experience in creating, organising, and delivering group guidance programmes for students.
- Relevant background in youth work across school and community settings.
- Registration as an MOE trainer is mandatory.
Additional Information
This position can be taken up on either a part-time or full-time basis. The role is based on-site in Singapore. Candidates without MOE Instructor Registration will not be considered. Remuneration
- Part-time pay: SGD 15 to SGD 25 per hour, depending on experience.
- Full-time pay: SGD 2,600 to SGD 3,600 per month, depending on experience.
