We focus on compliant implementation of business processes supported by suitable IT application systems such as SAP. Our clientele includes major corporations like BioNTech, Roche Diagnostics, and Boehringer Ingelheim, as well as mid-sized businesses such as Sartorius and Rottendorf.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in Significon AG's core competencies through a structured trainee program.
• Gain practical experience with IT application systems like SAP by addressing real-world challenges.
• Participate in a blended training approach combining internal qualification measures with practical client engagements.
• Assist renowned clients in the compliant implementation of their processes using application systems.
• Contribute to diverse tasks within consulting projects in international teams serving life science industry customers globally.
• Analyze complex processes, capture requirements, identify optimization opportunities, and support the creation of tailored and innovative solutions.
• Implement developed concepts directly on clients' premises.

• Strong analytical thinking to manage complex projects effectively.
• High motivation and entrepreneurial mindset essential to achieve goals in a dynamic environment.
• Strong customer service orientation to maintain long-term partnerships with clients.
• Willingness to travel and proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
• Completed or soon-to-be-completed degree, preferably in natural sciences, economics, or computer science.
