Key Responsibilities

• Clean and wash returned pumps and power equipment thoroughly.
• Keep the equipment yard and wash bay areas tidy and well-organized.
• Assist drivers during the loading and unloading of equipment.
• Operate heavy-duty forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Inspect returned equipment for any damage, document issues, and complete service tags accordingly.
• Support inventory management through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Deliver small equipment and tools as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a valid Class G driver's license with a clean or acceptable abstract (no more than three demerit points); must provide an updated abstract upon request.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift weights up to approximately 50 lbs.
• Experience operating forklifts or possession of a forklift license is advantageous.
• Comfort working outdoors year-round in various weather conditions.
• Mechanical aptitude or prior experience handling equipment is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent organizational skills.
• Adaptability and ability to perform in a fast-paced setting.
• Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset and effective team collaboration skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning about construction equipment and the rental industry.
