About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Oracle EPM Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant to design and deliver workforce planning solutions that synchronize talent, skillsets, and workforce expenditures with the organization's long-term objectives. Collaborating closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders, you will implement Oracle EPM Workforce Planning tools, create workforce models, and offer strategic insights that facilitate data-driven workforce decisions. This position is an exceptional opportunity to participate in a major enterprise transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives in workforce planning such as demand and supply forecasting, gap assessments, and scenario analysis.
- Create strategic workforce plans aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Support initiatives aimed at optimizing and transforming the workforce.
- Design, configure, and deploy Oracle EPM Cloud / EPBCS Workforce Planning solutions.
- Build workforce planning models encompassing headcount, full-time equivalents (FTEs), workforce costs, compensation, and skills planning.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to convert workforce strategies into executable plans.
- Conduct workshops to gather requirements and offer recommendations driven by workforce analytics and planning results.
- Develop dashboards and executive reports focused on workforce metrics.
- Perform scenario modeling and workforce cost evaluations to inform strategic decisions and budgeting.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in Strategic Workforce Planning, Workforce Analytics, or Workforce Transformation.
- Practical experience implementing or supporting Oracle EPM Cloud / EPBCS Workforce Planning platforms.
- Deep knowledge of workforce planning processes including cost planning, headcount and FTE management, skills planning, and scenario modeling.
- Track record of working on enterprise-scale implementations or transformation projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hold Oracle EPM / EPBCS certification.
- Experience in the public sector or multinational organizations preferred.
- Exposure to HR or Finance transformation initiatives is a plus.
