Role Overview

We are seeking a Whiteware Specialist to be the definitive product expert in kitchen appliances including cooktops, ovens, rangehoods, dishwashers, and related items. Working directly with customers in a dynamic retail setting, you will provide tailored advice, product demonstrations, and assist in delivering high-quality kitchen solutions that suit diverse customer needs from home renovations to trade projects.

Schedule

This role operates Tuesday through Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and understand customer requirements to suggest personalized whiteware options and packages.
• Stay well-informed on an extensive range of kitchen appliance products and features.
• Prepare quotes, manage invoicing, and support product delivery and after-sale servicing.
• Communicate with suppliers and service providers to address customer inquiries and issues.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase appliance capabilities.
• Maintain a neat and welcoming display of the kitchen appliances department.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve store sales targets and foster a positive environment.

Candidate Profile

• Confident in a sales-focused environment with a passion for assisting customers in finding ideal appliance solutions.
• Adept at understanding customer questions and presenting smart, quality offerings.
• Driven by meeting and exceeding personal and team sales objectives.
• Previous experience with appliances or whiteware retail is advantageous, although comprehensive training will be provided for the right individual.
