Responsibilities

• Craft compelling designs for digital experiences that leave lasting impressions.
• Bring ideas to fruition by creating engaging web layouts using Figma, transforming concepts into interactive, responsive interfaces.
• Design visual elements such as web graphics, custom icons, and playful animations (including lottery animations) that elevate client brands.
• Collaborate closely with developers and strategists to translate creative ideas into reality.
• Innovate beyond conventions by blending creativity with usability and marketing best practices to reinvent web and UX design.

Qualifications

• Mastery of Figma, including all shortcuts and tricks, evident in your design quality.
• Strong creativity that sets new standards and establishes trends rather than following them.
• Exceptional attention to detail ensuring pixel-perfect outcomes.
• Visual storytelling capability that simplifies complex ideas intuitively.
• Fluent communication skills in English; German is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Bonus: Experience with prototyping, style systems, or motion design adds significant value.

Additional Information

• Position is full-time and remote, based in Düsseldorf, Germany.
• Annual salary range from €30,000 to €40,000.
