About the Role

Join a dynamic team focused on crafting fast, accessible, and visually appealing websites for progressive Irish brands. Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and marketers in a unified workspace to bring digital projects from concept through launch.

Responsibilities

• Translate design files into responsive, accessible websites with meticulous attention to detail and strict adherence to design accuracy.
• Develop and maintain websites utilizing modern technology stacks including Astro, WordPress, and headless configurations.
• Ensure optimal website performance by prioritizing Core Web Vitals, image optimization, and writing clean, maintainable code.
• Incorporate analytics, tracking systems, and SEO best practices from the outset of projects.
• Collaborate effectively with designers, account managers, and SEO specialists throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years experience delivering production-grade websites.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Experience working with at least one modern framework or CMS such as Astro, React, or WordPress.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing live websites developed or contributed to by the candidate.
• Dedication to producing accessible, high-performance websites with code that is easy for others to understand and maintain.

Additional Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with headless CMS architectures and the Jamstack approach.
• Comfortable working with Git version control and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
• Awareness of motion design and interactive detail enhancements.
