Watch Technician

Role Purpose

The main objective of this position is to service and repair watches.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform watch servicing and repairs consistently in line with the company’s guidelines.
• Handle a range of repair types, including CS, PS and SG work, based on instruction and workload requirements.
• Work strictly according to the relevant procedures, standard operating methods and internal instructions.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting turnaround times and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Take part in training sessions whenever required.
• Support team learning by sharing technical expertise with colleagues.
• Maintain a neat and organized workbench at all times.
• Wear a clean coat throughout working hours.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and cooperate well with peers.

Functional and Technical Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Very good spoken and written English.
• Basic spoken and written Arabic.
• Good organizational ability and time management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments at once.

Experience Required

The role requires 1 to 3 years of job-related experience, including at least 2 years of experience working on all types of watches.

Technical experience should include quartz movements with 2 or 3 hands, movement exchange and complete service, quartz chronograph movement exchange, and mechanical or automatic movement exchange.
