Role overview
The Online Assistant is responsible for preparing online customer orders in a careful, timely, and safe way. The role also involves coordinating with other departments about product shortages, substitutions, and other customer-related questions.
Key duties
- Accurately pick and pack online orders while working efficiently and safely.
- Liaise with other teams when products are unavailable, substitutions are needed, or online customers have queries.
- Maintain a strong focus on health and safety for both yourself and those around you.
