An established organization with a busy warehousing and distribution network across multiple sites is looking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor. This role involves overseeing daily warehouse functions to ensure smooth operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and uphold high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse processes such as receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching goods efficiently.
• Assign tasks and track team performance to meet operational targets.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and stock checks to guarantee inventory accuracy.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments for timely handling and processing.
• Implement and monitor compliance with warehouse safety and cleanliness protocols.
• Investigate discrepancies in inventory and apply corrective measures.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure seamless material flow.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on procedures and best practices.
• Supervise maintenance needs by monitoring warehouse equipment and reporting issues.
• Generate reports on inventory status, team productivity, and overall warehouse performance.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in alignment with company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse roles with supervisory duties.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Practical experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership capabilities and organizational skills.
• Awareness of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English language communication.
