Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently select, pack, and process customer orders ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Safely handle loading and unloading of delivery vehicles following correct lifting procedures.
• Maintain organized and accurate stock inventory at all times.
• Construct safe and sturdy pallets for storage and transport.
• Thoroughly check all deliveries during warehouse intake and dispatch operations.
• Consistently apply goods receiving and dispatching protocols.
• Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks following safety standards.
• Participate actively in scheduled stock audits and promptly report discrepancies.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet warehouse performance objectives.
• Adhere to all company policies, including health and safety guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in warehousing or related roles is favorable.
• Forklift licence is a plus; however, training will be provided if necessary.
• Strong organizational skills paired with effective time management.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, teamwork-driven setting.
• Physically capable of safely handling heavy loads.

Compensation

The pay rate for candidates aged 20 and above ranges from 314 to 314.90 hourly. Individuals aged 19 receive 90% of the adult rate, while 18-year-olds receive 80% of the adult wage.
