Warehouse Manager

About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organization based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to recruit a Warehouse Manager. This position requires managing all warehouse activities while adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse ensuring compliance with cGMP and quality protocols.
• Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, including temperature-sensitive products.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and inventory records via the ERP system.
• Coordinate timely delivery of materials to production and packaging departments.
• Develop, update, and enforce warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and handle deviations, investigations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Support and prepare for internal, regulatory, and customer audits to maintain compliance.
• Manage warehouse resources including budgeting, equipment, and service contracts.
• Lead, train, and mentor the warehouse team to enhance operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support overall departmental goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or associated disciplines.
• At least 7 years of experience managing warehouses in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or food manufacturing sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of cGMP guidelines, warehouse operations, and inventory management best practices.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Demonstrated experience in handling audits, SOP management, deviations, CAPAs, and quality documentation.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Availability for in-person interviews in Riyadh is mandatory.
