Warehouse Assistant

Overview

Join our team as a Warehouse Assistant in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role involves handling the receipt, inspection, and organization of materials and finished products within the warehouse.

Primary Responsibilities

• Accept and check incoming materials and finished items for quality and accuracy.
• Safely operate electrical stackers and other equipment to load, unload, and transfer goods.
• Prepare, pack, and ship materials according to production schedules and customer demands.
• Keep precise records of inventory levels and movements.
• Carry out stock checks and support inventory auditing processes.
• Ensure materials are stored correctly with proper labeling and maintain overall warehouse orderliness.
• Work collaboratively with production, procurement, and dispatch departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
• Identify and notify supervisors about any damaged or missing stock.
