Volunteer Services Partner

About the Role

East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) is seeking a Volunteer Services Partner to work within Suffolk and East Essex, primarily based in Ipswich (IP3 9SX). This permanent position offers full-time or part-time opportunities, with a minimum commitment of 22.5 hours per week. Hybrid working options are available. A driving license and access to a vehicle are required for this role. The salary range offered is between £25,000 and £27,000 full-time equivalent, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new volunteers.
• Develop and maintain connections with community organizations, educational institutions, and other local partners.
• Provide guidance and best practice support to managers and volunteer supervisors.
• Ensure the volunteer experience is positive, starting from initial inquiry through ongoing engagement.
• Maintain meticulous records of volunteers and manage communications effectively.
