Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative store layout plans that best highlight our product assortment.
Ensure the store environment is consistently organized and visually attractive to customers.
Create and maintain engaging visual displays throughout the store.
Design, execute, and refine merchandising tactics to drive customer engagement and sales.
Use space planning tools to create simple, cost-efficient, and effective store designs.

Additional Information

Job Type: Permanent, full-time position
Work Hours: 34-40 hours per week; retail schedule requiring availability for nights and weekends

Compensation: Hourly wage range from $23.23 to $32.82, based on applicable experience

Required Qualifications

Minimum of two years' experience in retail visual merchandising or a comparable role
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
Associate's degree preferred but not mandatory
