Job Overview

Key Duties

• Implement visual, commercial, and styling arrangements aligned with store guidelines and scheduled calendars to improve the customer experience and boost store sales.
• Review sales trends, manage stock inventory, ensure garment maintenance, and collaborate with Store Management to identify and prioritize visual and commercial improvements.
• Provide training and development to the store team using insights from fashion trends and competitor analysis to enhance the customer experience.
• Positively represent the brand in all customer engagements.
• Assist the Sales Market team with store expansion initiatives.

Collaboration Environment

You will work closely with the Store Team—including Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office, and Delivery leads—fostering a motivating and welcoming atmosphere. Coordination with the broader Area Team will facilitate sharing of insights and collective success. Together, you will help customers confidently express themselves with the latest and classic styles, making fashion accessible and sustainable.
