Role Overview

The position of Visa Consultant is a full-time role based onsite in Kochi. This role involves guiding clients through the entire visa application lifecycle, from assessing their eligibility and advising on required documentation to assisting with the completion of application forms and monitoring the progress of applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on visa and immigration regulations and the necessary documentation for applications.
• Manage client communication to answer inquiries and provide updates throughout the visa application process.
• Stay informed about changes in visa policies, immigration rules, and related legal requirements.
• Collaborate with embassies, consulates, and related authorities to facilitate application processing as needed.
• Maintain meticulous records of client cases and application statuses for efficient tracking and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal travel and operations teams ensuring visa services are aligned with client travel plans.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in visas, immigration procedures, and relevant legislation.
• Experience in advisory or consulting roles related to visa and immigration processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and government authorities.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple client applications simultaneously.
• Comfort with standard office software and digital systems for documentation management and application tracking.
• Previous experience in the travel, tourism, or immigration consulting sectors is advantageous.
• Relevant academic qualifications in fields such as international relations, law, tourism, or related disciplines are preferred.
• Must be able to work onsite in Kochi and maintain a professional and client-centered approach.
