Role Overview
As a Virtual Executive Assistant working remotely, you will deliver high-level administrative support to executives and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee executive calendars by scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders.
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails and communications, responding appropriately on behalf of executives.
- Coordinate both internal and external correspondence with clarity and professionalism.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities to ensure all critical items are addressed punctually.
- Organize and follow up on meeting outcomes and action points.
- Support daily administrative workflows and ensure accurate documentation of activities.
- Arrange logistics for meetings including preparation of agendas, materials, and virtual meeting setups.
- Record meeting notes and distribute summaries and assigned actions.
- Coordinate travel arrangements such as itinerary planning and accommodation bookings aligned with executive schedules.
- Create, format, and maintain documents, reports, and presentation materials.
- Manage digital filing systems and assist with data entry to guarantee accessibility and accuracy of information.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Previous experience in administrative roles, especially as an executive assistant or coordinator, is preferred.
