Role overview
Punt is hiring a creative, resourceful, and quick-moving Video Editor & Clipper who understands internet culture and knows how to create content that grabs attention. This is a remote contract position, with the possibility of becoming full-time later on.
What you will do
The position centers on two main responsibilities: transforming live creator content into highly engaging short-form videos, and producing standout original content that differentiates the brand from competitors. You will contribute ideas, edit content that performs well, and support organic growth across creator channels while working alongside the creative and social teams.
Qualifications
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
- At least 5 years of professional video editing experience is required, including work in live-streaming or the creator ecosystem.
- Strong awareness of short-form video formats and current social media trends.
- A sharp eye for moments that are funny, exciting, or likely to go viral.
- Ability to work on your own and deliver results with limited guidance.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with short deadlines.
- Background in streamer, gaming, sports, or digital entertainment content is strongly preferred.
Portfolio requirement
