Role Overview

Operating from the Singapore Corporate Office, the Vice President of Revenue Performance leads the strategic management of revenue, distribution, and pricing across the group’s portfolio. Collaborating closely with the Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer, this role shapes and executes data-driven revenue management frameworks, aligning with the luxury positioning of the brands and driving profitability across all revenue channels including rooms, food & beverage, meetings & events, and spa services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management and distribution strategies to maximize market share and profitability globally.
• Design pricing architectures and inventory controls tailored to diverse market demands and customer segments, safeguarding rate parity and brand integrity.
• Lead and mentor a global revenue management team to enhance commercial performance and scalable growth.
• Manage critical global partnerships with distribution platforms such as OTAs, GDS, and consortia, fostering preferred relationships and enforcing rate integrity.
• Utilize advanced forecasting techniques across multiple time horizons to optimize inventory allocation and revenue streams.
• Oversee the creation and monitoring of revenue KPIs and dashboards including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and GOPPAR.
• Establish a centralized revenue management cluster model for key regions to standardize pricing strategies and optimize cross-property synergies.
• Provide strategic guidance and performance reviews in collaboration with regional general managers and commercial teams.
• Drive initiatives on loyalty and partnership marketing to unlock additional revenue channels.
• Develop and enforce frameworks that elevate organizational revenue management capabilities and encourage continuous talent development.
• Represent the commercial and marketing functions in global operations business review meetings and report insights and strategies to senior leadership and boards.
• Implement risk management strategies addressing market volatility, competitive threats, and economic challenges.

Candidate Profile

• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role specializing in revenue management within a corporate hospitality environment.
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Revenue Management is required.
• Proven success in surpassing corporate financial targets and instilling strong accountability mechanisms.
• Exceptional ability to translate strategic visions into detailed operational plans with measurable outcomes.
• Strong skills in talent acquisition, development, and fostering a high-performance commercial culture.
• Expertise in analyzing macroeconomic trends, industry data, and market shifts to inform proactive revenue strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments ensuring alignment of revenue goals at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong presentation, coaching, and leadership skills to mentor teams effectively.
