Role Overview

The Vice President of Operations position is a fully remote, full-time role accountable for managing essential operations and fostering excellence in processes throughout the organization. Key duties include leading operational planning, setting up performance indicators, and ensuring that workflows, platforms, and policies align with the company's strategic and fiscal objectives. Daily tasks involve handling cross-departmental projects, maximizing resource use, tracking key performance metrics, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This leader works closely with senior executives on profit and loss oversight, strategy development, and risk management, while supporting teams in elevating client service and execution standards. Additionally, responsibilities encompass mentoring operational personnel, spearheading change initiatives, and spotting opportunities to automate and enhance efficiency.

• Proven expertise in Operations Management and Project Management to guide complex projects and improve end-to-end processes.
• Strong proficiency in P&L Management and Strategic Planning to drive financial outcomes and synchronize operations with strategic priorities.

• Advanced analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities, adept at leveraging data and technology for operational enhancement.
• Extensive background in operations leadership within financial services, investment management, or related sectors is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in leading remote teams, managing organizational change, and collaborating effectively with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and fostering organizational trust.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline is required; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
