About the Role
This internship offers hands-on experience in vehicle program management within a dynamic automotive environment. The selected candidate will be integrated into a collaborative and cross-functional team, directly supporting the progression and oversight of vehicle programs across various markets, with a primary focus on the European region.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring local schedules, program milestones, and action items for ongoing vehicle programs.
- Update program tools, maintain accurate Confluence pages, and keep dashboards current for reliable tracking.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and concise follow-up notes for program meetings, cross-functional reviews, and leadership presentations.
- Coordinate with teams in engineering, supply chain, finance, production, and sales to ensure timely completion of actions.
- Track status of local implementations, promptly identifying and reporting delays or risks to program managers.
- Help organise prototype builds, oversee change management processes, and support review sessions for significant program milestones.
Key Requirements
- Active enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- Strong capacity for organization and meticulous attention to detail, combined with the ability to juggle several concurrent tasks.
- Exceptional documentation and report maintenance skills, ensuring information accuracy and reliability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English (at least C1 proficiency required).
- Adept at operating in fast-changing, ambiguous settings, demonstrating adaptability and quick adjustment to shifting priorities.
- Self-driven and responsible, eager to take initiative and see tasks through independently.
- Proficiency in standard office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project tracking software (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is highly valued.
- Keen interest in Tesla's mission and commitment to innovation in sustainable mobility.
