UX/UI Designer (Multidisciplinary)

Position Summary

Seeking a seasoned UX/UI Designer with multidisciplinary expertise to join on a contract basis. This remote role involves thorough evaluation and refinement of design interview content, concentrating on visual appeal and UX/UI aspects. Candidates will work closely with AI teams to enhance and align design elements with current industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and improve design interview content focusing on visual and user experience components.
• Evaluate AI-generated design assets for quality, usability, and conformity to modern design standards.
• Provide constructive feedback aimed at optimizing layouts, visual organization, and overall user engagement.
• Collaborate with AI training professionals to maintain design consistency and keep pace with evolving industry trends.
• Apply in-depth design knowledge to support continuous enhancement of AI tools in practical applications.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure branding consistency throughout assessed materials.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum multidisciplinary design experience accompanied by a strong portfolio demonstrating capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of typography, layout, and core visual design principles.
• Proficiency with design tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
• Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and adopting user-centric design methodologies.
• Experienced in evaluating and creating branding and visual identity components.

Employment Details

• Contract type with flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week.
• Remote position offering hourly compensation between $20 and $64, aligned with skills and experience.
