UX/UI Designer (Multidisciplinary)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer with multidisciplinary expertise for a contract position. This remote role requires working 10 to 40 hours per week to improve design interview materials and AI-driven content, ensuring they meet high standards of usability and visual appeal.

Responsibilities

• Critically evaluate and enhance design interview content focusing on visual and UX/UI aspects
• Review AI-generated outputs to ensure quality, user-friendliness, and conformity with current design standards
• Provide detailed, actionable recommendations to improve layout, visual hierarchy, and user experience
• Work closely with AI training teams to keep design outputs aligned with industry trends and best practices
• Apply in-depth design expertise to support the ongoing development of AI tools in real-world applications
• Promote user-centered design principles and maintain branding consistency throughout all reviewed materials

Requirements

• Extensive multidisciplinary design experience supported by a compelling portfolio
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and fundamental visual design concepts
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.)
• Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and managing user-centered design workflows
• Ability to evaluate, establish, and enhance branding and visual identity elements
