Responsibilities
- Manage US payroll processing including weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle payrolls.
- Administer new hires, terminations, transfers, overpayments, retroactive payroll adjustments.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of time and labor regulations along with overtime rules.
- Respond accurately to client queries through phone, live chat, email, and case management systems.
- Clarify HR policies and procedures for clients.
- Handle assigned payroll processes per Capgemini methodologies and transition plans.
- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions within and across teams.
Candidate Profile
- Between 1 to 5 years of experience in US payroll management.
- Proficiency in system data entry using platforms like Workday, Oracle HCM, Taleo, or SuccessFactors.
- Strong skills in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite.
- Capable of resolving complex client issues and delivering solutions effectively.
- Manage client communications and generate reports.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and effective time management.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
- Good communication skills for daily interaction via phone, chat, and email.
- Experience working night shifts with flexibility.
