US IT Recruiter

Overview

Cascades Data Solutions India is seeking a skilled US IT Recruiter with demonstrated expertise in recruiting H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and EAD candidates to fill IT consultant positions on C2C opportunities. This role involves managing consultants from sourcing through placement, leveraging vendor relationships, and understanding the US IT staffing market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit H1B transfer and OPT candidates and place them with client organizations.
• Market IT consultants for Corp-to-Corp opportunities effectively.
• Promote consultants using job portals and expand vendor network partnerships.
• Demonstrate proficiency in handling consultants with various US work authorizations, including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and EAD.
• Establish and nurture strong collaborations with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
• Manage consultant submissions aligned with client requirements and facilitate interview coordination and rate negotiations.
• Oversee complete consultant lifecycle management.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of high-demand IT skills in the US market.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, consistently meeting recruitment targets.

Required Skills and Experience

• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in US IT staffing.
• An established vendor network throughout the USA.
• Proficient in using job portals and recruitment tools such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Ceipal, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication coupled with negotiation skills.
• Understanding of US work authorization processes and current IT technologies.
