Role Description

The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes specifically for the US IT market focused on the banking and finance sector. It requires working closely with direct clients and utilizing various job boards to source candidates efficiently. The position is based in Pune or Hyderabad with hybrid or onsite work options and operates in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) shift.

Responsibilities

• Handle full lifecycle recruitment activities targeting US IT positions.
• Engage directly with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable talent.
• Utilize job boards including Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Maintain clear and effective communication and negotiate with candidates and clients effectively.
• Apply knowledge of US tax terms, particularly relating to W2 agreements.

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in US IT recruitment.
• Prior exposure to direct client handling.
• Strong understanding of US tax concepts including W2 employment.
• Experience sourcing candidates through leading job portals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Background or experience in the banking and finance domain is essential.
