Elite Workforce is searching for enthusiastic US IT Recruiters to be part of their Ahmedabad-based team. This on-site position operates on a US time zone night shift from Monday to Friday, providing a five-day workweek.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and screen IT professionals suitable for various US-based client vacancies.
- Engage with candidates through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn communications.
- Organize interviews and ensure consistent follow-up with candidates and clients.
- Align candidate profiles with specific client needs to ensure optimal recruitment matches.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient English communication skills are essential.
- Open to both fresh graduates and experienced individuals.
- Availability to work night shifts corresponding to US timings.
Compensation and Benefits
