Torqua is seeking a skilled Two-Wheeler Service Technician with over one year of relevant experience to join their team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves providing expert technical support and serving customers effectively as a Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical services and troubleshooting for two-wheelers in the dealership/workshop.
• Serve as a Service Advisor, managing customer interactions and communication.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to meet performance and service targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a two-wheeler dealership or workshop environment.
• Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills relevant to two-wheelers.
• Excellent communication abilities and customer handling skills for the Service Advisor role.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve workshop goals.

Compensation
