Role Overview

This critical position as Treasury Manager forms part of our growing banking partnership team. The role focuses on developing, managing, and optimizing relationships with both global and regional banks to support the company’s fast-paced international growth. The Treasury Manager will serve as a vital liaison working alongside global treasury teams to ensure streamlined cash management strategies and treasury operations across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and strengthen a comprehensive banking network across regional and worldwide markets.
• Select and integrate banking partners that align with expansion goals and local payment requirements.
• Serve as the main contact for banks to manage account setups, negotiate pricing, credit arrangements, and service agreements.
• Collaborate internally to improve cash management frameworks facilitating optimal capital use and alignment with company objectives.
• Manage cross-border treasury initiatives to maintain efficient liquidity planning, cash centralization, and funding across entities.
• Evaluate new cash management technologies, including Host-to-Host and API connectivity, to boost operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies for foreign exchange trading, execution platforms, and negotiating favorable FX margins.
• Monitor market trends such as macroeconomics, interest rates, and currency movements to recommend and execute cash investment solutions for improved yields.
• Work closely with legal, compliance, and tax teams to ensure all treasury activities comply with local regulations and internal financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in corporate treasury, banking relationship management, or transaction banking within multinational companies or financial institutions.
• Strong background in managing relationships with top-tier global and regional banks, with a deep understanding of payment systems, cash management tools, and foreign exchange.
• Proven project management abilities, skilled at cross-functional and international collaboration.
• Excellent negotiation capabilities with a professional demeanor for representing the company externally.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to excel in a dynamic global business environment.
